Terms of Service

By accessing or using CaseHere ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users of CaseHere, including visitors, registered users, and paying customers.

CaseHere is an evidence organization and educational dispute-preparation tool operated by Cyberwolf AI LLC ("Company," "we," "us"). The Service allows users to organize evidence, generate a Proof Strength Score, create an evidence timeline, and export a PDF case packet. CaseHere is a software tool, not a law firm, legal service, or dispute resolution service.

CASEHERE DOES NOT PROVIDE LEGAL ADVICE. The Service is for informational and organizational purposes only. Nothing in the Service, including the Proof Strength Score, message templates, recommended next steps, or PDF packets, constitutes legal advice or creates an attorney-client relationship. Users should consult a licensed attorney in their jurisdiction for legal advice regarding their specific situation. CaseHere does not guarantee any outcome in disputes, chargebacks, claims, arbitration, mediation, or legal proceedings.

You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Age requirement. CaseHere is intended for users 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you may not use CaseHere. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

You agree not to use CaseHere to:

• Upload false, fraudulent, or fabricated evidence
• Harass, defame, or harm any individual or business
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Service
• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

Paid features are billed through Stripe. One-time purchases are non-refundable except at our sole discretion. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

CaseHere, its logo, design, code, and content are the property of Cyberwolf AI LLC. Your case data, evidence, and uploaded content remain yours. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and process it to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Your use of CaseHere is governed by our Privacy Policy at casehere.com/privacy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE RESULTS OBTAINED WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE. USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CYBERWOLF AI LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR DISPUTE OUTCOMES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cyberwolf AI LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Any dispute arising from use of CaseHere shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association Consumer Arbitration Rules, not in court. You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit against Cyberwolf AI LLC.

You agree that any dispute will be resolved individually and not as part of a class or collective action.

Any claim against Cyberwolf AI LLC must be filed within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim, regardless of any longer period permitted by law.

Cyberwolf AI LLC is not liable for failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control including internet outages, third-party service failures, or government action.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and Cyberwolf AI LLC regarding CaseHere.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Cyberwolf AI LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
