CaseHere is an evidence organization tool built by Cyberwolf AI LLC. It helps individuals, families, and small businesses turn scattered messages, receipts, screenshots, photos, contracts, and invoices into a clear evidence timeline, a Proof Strength Score, and a professional PDF dispute packet. CaseHere does not provide legal advice.
CaseHere is built for anyone dealing with a money dispute β contractors who disappeared, marketplace sellers who ghosted, landlords withholding deposits, companies refusing refunds, clients not paying invoices, car shops overcharging, and more. If you have evidence that needs organizing, CaseHere can help.
No. CaseHere is designed for regular people, not lawyers. You describe your situation in plain language, upload or paste your evidence, and CaseHere does the organizing. No legal terms required.
Most cases take 5 to 10 minutes to complete. The more evidence you add, the stronger your Proof Strength Score will be.
CaseHere supports contractor and home repair disputes, marketplace scams, refund disputes, payment disputes, rental and landlord issues, invoice disputes, car repair disputes, job offer scams, insurance claim disputes, small claims court preparation, and other general disputes.
Yes. CaseHere works on all devices including phones, tablets, and desktop computers. No app download required.
Pricing & Payment
Yes. You can build your full case, see your evidence timeline, and get a partial Proof Strength Score at no cost. You only pay if you want to download the complete PDF packet.
The Case Packet is $19 as a one-time payment. No subscription, nothing to cancel, no hidden fees. You pay once and keep your PDF forever.
CaseHere uses Stripe for secure payment processing. We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Your card data never touches our servers β it is handled entirely by Stripe.
No. The Case Packet is a one-time payment of $19. The Personal plan ($9/month) and Business plan ($39/month) are subscriptions, but the Case Packet is not. You are never enrolled in a subscription without explicitly choosing one.
No. The price you see is the price you pay. No setup fees, no overage charges, no surprise charges at checkout.
The Case Packet is $19 one-time for a single dispute. The Personal plan at $9/month gives you unlimited saved cases, unlimited PDF exports, and ongoing access to all features for as long as you are subscribed. If you have more than one dispute per year, the Personal plan pays for itself.

Evidence & Privacy
Yes. Your case data is stored securely and is only visible to you. CaseHere does not share your evidence, case details, or personal information with other users, third parties, or advertisers.
CaseHere accepts JPG, PNG, PDF, and plain text files up to 20MB each. You can also paste text directly into the evidence fields without uploading a file.
No. You can paste text, add manual timeline events, and describe your evidence without uploading any files. Even a text description of what happened can help build your timeline and score.
Yes. You can archive or delete cases from your dashboard at any time. You can also delete your entire account and all associated data from the Settings page.
No. CaseHere does not sell, share, or rent your personal information or case data to any third party. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Do not upload sensitive documents that are not relevant to your dispute, such as unrelated financial records, medical records, or documents belonging to people not involved in your case. Only upload evidence directly related to your specific dispute.
PDF Packet
The PDF includes your evidence timeline, Proof Strength Score breakdown across 7 categories, missing proof checklist with recommended actions, suggested next steps based on your case type, professional message and written notice templates, and a full case summary with party details and amounts.
Yes. The PDF is a professionally formatted document with your name, case details, timeline, and templates. You can send it by email, print it, or present it however you choose. It is yours to keep and use as you see fit.
No. The PDF is an organized summary of your evidence and suggested next steps. It does not constitute legal advice and does not represent you in any legal matter. For legal advice, consult a licensed attorney.
After payment is confirmed, you will be redirected to a download page where your PDF will be ready. You will also receive a confirmation email with a download link. Your packet is saved in your account under My Cases.
The PDF has a professional cover page with your name, case type, and date, followed by sections for your case summary, evidence timeline, Proof Strength Score, missing proof checklist, recommended next steps, and message templates. It is clean, formatted, and suitable to reference or present.
Yes. You can add evidence to a case and download an updated packet. On the Personal and Business plans, PDF exports are unlimited.
Subscriptions
Yes. Cancel anytime from Settings β Billing in your account. You will keep full access until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees. No questions asked.
Your cases and downloaded PDFs remain in your account. You will lose access to unlimited exports and the evidence vault, but your case history is preserved.
Yes. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel before the renewal date from your Settings page to avoid being charged for the next period.
Yes. You can switch from monthly to yearly (or vice versa) from Settings β Billing. Changes take effect at your next renewal date.
Yes. You can upgrade to the Personal or Business plan at any time from your dashboard. Your existing case and PDF are preserved.
Legal & Safety
No. CaseHere is an evidence organization and educational dispute-preparation tool operated by Cyberwolf AI LLC. CaseHere is not a law firm, does not employ attorneys, and does not provide legal advice or legal representation. For legal matters, consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.
No. CaseHere does not guarantee any outcome in disputes, chargebacks, claims, or legal proceedings. CaseHere helps you organize your evidence so you go into a dispute better prepared. What you do with that preparation is entirely your decision.
Yes. CaseHere can help you organize your evidence and create a timeline for small claims court preparation. However, CaseHere does not provide legal advice, does not know the specific laws in your jurisdiction, and does not represent you. Consult a licensed attorney or your local court's self-help resources for legal guidance.

Account
You need a free account to save your case and access your results. The homepage demo works without an account. Creating an account is free and takes under a minute.
Click "Start My Case" or "Sign In" in the top navigation, then select "Create account." Enter your name, email, and password to get started. No credit card required.
Click "Forgot your password?" on the sign-in page. Enter your email address and we will send you a reset link. The link expires after 1 hour. Check your spam folder if you do not see the email.
Go to Settings β Profile and scroll to the Danger Zone section. Click "Delete Account," confirm by typing DELETE, and your account and all associated data will be permanently removed. This action cannot be undone.
At this time, email addresses cannot be changed after account creation. Contact contact@cyberwolfai.com if you need assistance with your account.
