CaseHere is an evidence organization product operated by Cyberwolf AI LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use CaseHere at casehere.com. Contact: contact@cyberwolfai.com.

We collect the following types of information:

Account Information

• Name, email address, and password when you create an account.
• User type you select during signup.

Case & Evidence Data

• Case descriptions, other party details, and evidence items you enter or upload. This data is associated with your account.

Payment Information

• Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We receive only a confirmation of payment — your card number and billing details are never stored on our servers.

Usage Data

• Pages visited, features used, and general usage patterns. This is collected in aggregate and anonymized where possible.

Device & Technical Data

• Browser type, device type, IP address, and referral source. Used for security, fraud prevention, and improving the service.

We use your data to:

• Provide and operate the CaseHere service
• Process payments and deliver purchased content
• Send transactional emails (confirmation, reset password)
• Improve the product based on usage patterns
• Prevent fraud and ensure security
• Respond to support requests

We do not use your data to:

• Sell advertising
• Share with data brokers
• Build marketing profiles
• Train AI models on your private case content

Your data is stored on secure servers managed by Supabase, a SOC 2-compliant infrastructure provider. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel only. We implement row-level security to ensure users can only access their own data.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except:

• Stripe: for payment processing
• Supabase: for database and file storage infrastructure

These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.

Under California (CCPA), Colorado (CPA), Virginia (CDPA), and other applicable state laws, you have the right to:

• Correct inaccurate data
• Opt out of data sale (we do not sell data)

Legal basis for processing (GDPR Article 6):

• Account data: Contract performance
• Case data: Contract performance
• Analytics: Legitimate interest
• Marketing emails: Consent (opt-in only)

Data transfers: Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure. Supabase is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

EU Representative: a designated EU representative is being appointed for users in the European Economic Area. In the meantime, all GDPR requests are handled directly by our privacy team.

We retain your account and case data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is permanently removed within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated usage data may be retained longer for product improvement purposes.

CaseHere does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 years of age. If we learn we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly. Contact contact@cyberwolfai.com if you believe a minor has created an account.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the Service. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
